foreverforest.org is operated by Fundatia Forever Forest, fiscal code 45726675. Public contact is available by email at office@foreverforest.org and through the site forms.
The foundation currently has no public office or postal address and no public phone number for launch.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
We may update these terms when operational, legal, or technical changes require it. The version published here is the applicable version.
3. Website content

Donations are voluntary and support the foundation's work. At launch, bank-transfer donations are available; Stripe and PayPal will be added later.
If you made a mistaken payment or need clarification about a donation, contact us at the public email address. Refunds are reviewed case by case, within legal and accounting limits.

Text, photography, video, graphics, and the Forever Forest brand belong to the foundation or its partners/licensors unless stated otherwise.
You may share links to the website. Use of content in press, education, or public materials is allowed only with source credit and without suggesting an official endorsement that does not exist. For broader reuse, contact us first.
